Bunny Mary

Made by Suzanne Henricksen

While this cocktail is great for any morning, we feel that it’s extra fitting for Easter weekend. Thanks to Liquor.com for the excellent cocktail recipe that we’re sharing here with all of you!

For this cocktail, we used Norden Aquavit’s Heirloom Garden Dill. Aquavit is a distilled spirit, originating in Scandinavia. After being distilled with grain or potatoes, it is flavored with spices and herbs, most commonly, caraway and/or dill seed.

This aquavit specifically, according to Norden Aquavit, “is centered around a mammoth dill variety we brought over from Denmark and have been growing for many years. The stalks, harvested just twice each Summer, are vapor-distilled within hours, then blended into a single distillation of dill seeds, whole garden botanicals, and pure spirit from Midwest-grown organic corn.”
